We have a ton of treats to keep you entertained this summer and if you complete your rainbow passport it will entitle you to rewards from participating venues to use throughout the year. Look out for our rainbow stickers at various venues and events around Sussex.
The Muma Nurture Summer Rainbow Passport Adventure
The Muma Nurture Rainbow Passport is your family’s ticket to discovering amazing places, events and experiences across Sussex throughout the 2026 summer holidays.
From exciting attractions and family events to hidden local gems, every rainbow you find brings you one step closer to completing your passport.
Even better? Complete your Rainbow Passport and you’ll unlock an entire year of exclusive rewards and offers from our participating venues.
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting local family-friendly businesses while making unforgettable memories together.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick up your Rainbow Passport
Collect your passport from any participating venue. You’ll receive your first sticker when you discover your first rainbow.
2. Follow the Rainbows
Look out for our colourful Muma Nurture Rainbow Stickers at participating venues and events across Sussex. Every time you find a rainbow, you’ll earn a sticker to add to your passport. Keep checking our website and social media to discover new venues, special events and bonus opportunities to collect stickers throughout the summer.
3. Complete Your Passport
Fill every section of your passport before 31 August 2026. – just complete the top section to have it validated.
Remember the special challenge section at the bottom! Complete the extra activities and have each one validated by a Muma Nurture to earn even more stickers. . . or if you’ve already filled the top section extra venue stickers can go here.
4. Unlock Your Rewards
Once the top section of your passport is complete and it is validated with the official rainbow sticker, it will become:

The adventure doesn’t end when summer does!
If you complete the bottom section too you’ll receive a free gift
RAINBOW PASSPORT RULES
Please read the following before taking part:
- Fill all the top boxes to get passport validated
- Complete the bottom section for a small gift from us
- Each participant is entitled to 1 prize and their passport
- Some venues are paid entry and to ensure the challenge is inclusive, stickers can be requested if payment can’t be made
- Maximum 1 entry per child
- Only children may enter
THE BOTTOM ROW:
If your top section is full put stickers from additional venues.

Giggleton, Horsted Keynes
An award winning children’s role play centre nestled in the Sussex countryside just outside of Haywards Heath. Aimed at children from 0-7 we have 7 fabulous role play settings for your children to immerse themselves in the world of make believe.
Glow Baby
Glow Baby Play Centre is a children’s play centre based at Chestnut Meadow, Ninfield Road. The venue consists of two beautiful play spaces – a Sensory Barn and a Play Cafe.
Blue Lagoon Brighton & Eastbourne
Sessions in the toasty warm 34 degree water are generally 30 minutes. You can come and join us for a regular class, Open Swim session or you can rent the pool and have it all to yourself!

Treasure Island, Eastbourne
A pirate themed adventure park with a unique mix of indoor & outdoor attractions, to ensure a great day out – whatever the weather!
Fort Fun, Eastbourne
Fort Fun’s Indoor Adventure is a multi-level soft play area with slides, ball pits, net walks, tunnels & lots of other fun areas to explore, providing entertainment for all ages. Plus, separate areas for Under 1’s & Under 3’s, perfect for the little ones.
Newhaven Fort
With exhibitions, an escape room, an adventure playground and a café this is well worth a visit! Venue runs in August only.
Wild West Week - The Orchards Haywards Heath
From 4th to 8th August, The Orchards Shopping Centre in Haywards Heath offers plenty to do for the whole family. With free games, activities and trails for little one, to line dancing (8years up) and a rodeo bull riding into town, this is a shopping centre worth visiting!
ESMR Adventure Park - Eastbourne
Have a round of Crazy golf then Visit ‘Grandmas Garden’ and get lost in the maze. Also for the children is an adventure playground to help “let off steam” and a play area for the under fives. Relax in the prize-winning tea gardens with a beverage, lunch or Cream Tea from the railway style cafe. Picnic areas, model railways and the Railway Gift Shop.
Little City East Sussex
Award-winning imaginative play for toddlers and preschoolers in East Sussex. Popping up soon across the county. Follow for ticket launches and explore our toddler-sized street where little imaginations thrive as vets, firefighters, shopkeepers and more! Visit more than once & get more than one sticker!
Bexhill Leisure Centre
Freedom Leisure manages Bexhill Leisure Centre in partnership with Rother District Council. Our aim is to “improve lives through leisure”, providing affordable, inclusive and sustainable facilities that the whole community can enjoy. Enjoy Free Jumbo Session.
Dotto Train - Eastbourne
The iconic Dotto mini train is back in Eastbourne for 2026! Take a relaxing and picturesque ride along the beautiful Eastbourne Seafront aboard the Dotto land train. It’s a fun way to explore the seafront, whether you’re visiting for the day or looking for family-friendly things to do in Eastbourne. 2 kids plus 2 adults tickets (one family pass) on completion of trail.
Eastbourne Scrap Store
Eastbourne Scrap store is a place where you can donate & buy cheap recycled arts and crafts materials & do your bit to recycle. Our volunteers sort the scrap & we also offer free and low cost workshops where you can learn new skills and meet new friends.

Airbourne
One of Europe’s biggest free seafront airshows, Eastbourne International Airshow attracts huge crowds along the 2 mile flying display line on Eastbourne seafront. Venue date 13-16th August.
