Wellbeing – how would you rate your general feeling of wellbeing now? (How do you feel in yourself?)

There is a cost to all therapy and groups with us, ranging from £25 to £125 per session for individual therapies and £15 to £35 for groups. If you are able to cover the cost of your therapy or contribute towards it, this makes it easier to support you and others in the future.
